Admissions Process

Morning Star School admits students of any race, color, national or ethnic background and accepts students of all religious creeds. Students must be between the ages of 6 and 13 years, have a current psychological evaluation and have a potentially normal or above normal intelligence to be considered for enrollment. Students age 5 are considered for enrollment on a case by case basis.

To learn more about the school, please call the office to schedule a time to view a DVD presentation about Morning Star School's proven approach to educating children with learning disabilities.

To be considered for enrollment, please complete the admissions application and submit it to Morning Star School along with a recent psychological evaluation, a copy of the student's IEP, if applicable, and proof of immunization or medical exemption. Once this information is reviewed, an interview will be set up to determine acceptance for registration.

If you have general questions about the application process, please send your question(s) to: applicationinquiry@morningstartampa.org
